Usage instructions: Rinse mouth with water, then chew the tablet for 30 seconds and spit out and rinse again with water. The plaque-disclosing tablet will turn plaque red, making it easy to see which parts of the teeth need extra cleaning. You can then brush or floss these areas until the teeth are fully clean.
