We currently ship to all 50 states within the U.S., including Hawaii and Alaska. International shipping is available to select countries—please contact our support team for inquiries.
2. Processing Time
- Orders placed before 2PM EST are processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays.
Mr. Thirsty® Comfort Kit
While Mr. Thirsty® does an amazing job of providing the patient comfort, the heavy tubing can become uncomfortable near a patient's mouth. To help combat this we designed the Comfort Kit to help your heavy HVE Valve/Tubing to stay mounted to the equipment. It’s lightweight tubing and flow-control valve makes Mr.Thirsty® One-Step more comfortable for the patient by reducing the amount of weight near the mouth.
